Her expertise in logistics and crisis management helps maintain Alpine’s reputation for reliability and excellence.
“I have been a part of Alpine Rescue Service for over 8 years, starting my journey as an
Operations Officer. After three years of dedication and hands-on experience, I was promoted to
Senior Operations Officer, and I now serve as the Operations Manager.
One of the most defining periods of my career was during the COVID-19 lockdown, when I was
the only person actively working in the operations department, aside from the managerial
team. In a time of global crisis and uncertainty, I took full responsibility for handling all
operational duties—managing emails, coordinating rescues, providing 24/7 support, and
ensuring that not a single case was left unattended. While many services came to a halt, I made
sure Alpine Rescue’s operations remained uninterrupted.
Having witnessed both the highs and lows of this organization, I remain driven to improve the
quality of our operations, strengthen our network, and uphold the reliability Alpine Rescue
Service is known for. Every day, I strive to make our assistance faster, more responsive, and
more compassionate for those in need.”
